1. What this is

MiyRayon is an informational app (a Telegram Mini App) for a neighborhood: a directory of local businesses, bookings with professionals, and orders. The operator is ФОП Герасименко Сергій Юрійович, Одеса.

2. The Operator's role

The Operator provides the platform. Goods and services are provided by businesses and professionals independently, who are responsible for their quality, prices and fulfilment. Directory information is provided "as is" and may be inaccurate or out of date.

3. Your obligations

• Provide accurate data and do not impersonate anyone.
• Do not upload unlawful, abusive or third-party content you have no rights to.
• Do not interfere with the app or bypass access restrictions.

4. Content

Photos and text you add remain yours; you grant the Operator the right to display them in the app so it can operate. The Operator may hide or remove content that violates these terms.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for losses caused by businesses or professionals, service unavailability or directory inaccuracies.

6. Data

Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Changes and governing law
